The performance excellent high temperature heat resistant thermal insulation coating is made of  the high temperature 
inorganic adhesive as the basic,nano ceramic beads as the heat insulating material,the special addition agent as 
the adjust and control.

saving energy and reducing consumption.Such as heat preservation and heat insulation of the furnace,
high temperature steam pipeline,high temperature flue chimney, high temperature gas flue,high temperature hot gas pipeline,
heat ex-changers etc in the field of metallurgy,cement,heat supply, thermal power,garbage power generation,
straw power generation,cement waste heat power generation,

How to use:
1.Substrates surface treatment:Coarsening and cleaning the surface of pending-repair.
 
2.The preparation of the material according to the specified ratio,then stir it uniformly with the electronic blender.
 
3.Make the heat insulation protective epoxy coating material be coating on the surface of the workpiece within 30 min,
if the thermal insulation performance requirements is high,the thermal conductive coating is thick,
you can be coating for 2-3 times,coating for the next layer after the front layer curing.The thickness of each layer 
should be controlled within 0.5mm.
 
4.Curing:The curing time is 1 day for every 1mm thickness,if the equipment needs to put into using in a hurry,
you can us the hot blast of 90 degree temperature to speed up curing after the coating initial curing,should control 
the temperature of the hot blast strictly,the temperature can never exceed 100 degree.
